What are the effects of multiple stressors on overwintering Arctic copepods?

In January I won a 4 months Visitor Fellowship between the Aquatic Jackson Lab at the University of Oxford (UK) and the Van Dinh lab at the University of Oslo (Norway).

During this fellowship I was lucky enough to be able to visit Svalbard to collect the Arctic copepod Calanus glacialis.

This was an amazing experience - I managed to survive working in a 3C dark room for 4 days (first picture below) and to enjoy the 24 hours of darkness in Longyearbyen (second picture below)!

Back to Oslo I performed a multiple stressor experiment to test how those copepods respond to multiple interacting stressors..more info soon!
