British Ecological Society Annual Meeting (Liverpool 12-15 December 2021)

Ecology Across Borders 2021 was a joint Annual meeting organised by the British Ecological Society and the French Society for Ecology and Evolution. The conference provided an invaluable opportunity for networking and for exchange knowledge between the vibrant academic ecological communities in Europe and behind. There were plenty of sessions, with many great topics and discussions.

I had the pleasure to present early results from an experiment I am working on during my post doc in the Jackson Lab (University of Oxford, Aquatic group). I have been also lucky enough to have the chance to chair a session. That was an incredibly useful and great experience.

The social dinner was wonderful - well organised and with live music.

A plus? vegan food for all the conference.
